Providence Health Care strives to provide a safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment for residents who call our community home — with shared and private rooms available on our long-term wing.

Set on the peaceful campus of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, our long-term care wing offers both private and semi-private rooms in a quiet, home-like atmosphere. If our community is full, we maintain a waiting list so residents and families can plan ahead.
Our team develops a holistic care plan for every resident, addressing mind, body, and spirit — and keeps families closely informed and engaged throughout their loved one's care journey.
