Providence Health Care offers a rehab-to-home wing that is entirely private rooms, so every patient recovers with dignity and comfort. If you or a loved one is regaining independence after an accident, fall, or sudden medical issue, our team is here to help.
Upon admission, a comprehensive care plan is built using expertise across skilled nursing, therapy, and spiritual care — and families are kept closely informed and involved throughout the recovery journey.

- All-private rooms for every rehab-to-home patient
- Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Aquatic therapy, up to 7 days a week
- Round-the-clock skilled nursing care
